Sent i Sentiment – Regata Centenari S’Agaró

For the centenary S’Agaró centenary, a long-lost sporting and community event was revived after more than fifty years: the sailing regatta. Under the title S’Agaró: Sent i sentiment, twenty-five sailboats from the ORC and Rally classes took to the sea in a day that combined sport, tradition, and the natural beauty of the coastline.

I had the opportunity to capture this special moment in a truly unique way, aboard a Zodiac that allowed us to get close to the action and capture the best perspectives — from the Camí de Ronda viewpoint, the starting and finishing point of the regatta, to the blue waters of S’Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. It was a day full of excitement, where the passion for the sea and sailing shone through, reviving a centuries-old tradition in one of the most beautiful corners of the Costa Brava.
